Who are you?
We are Geylang Watch Co, a boutique watch company in Singapore.
We've spent the better part of the past decade designing and building watches, producing parts for micro brands around the world and its culminated in this labour of love to the watch industry that sometimes takes itself too seriously.
We will bring you unique materials and design features across our collections, always aiming to be cheeky and playful while ensuring your timepieces are different from the next person.
Where are your watches made?
The word “Geylang” is an amalgamation of its namesake Kallang River and Kilang, alluding to production, making, and creation. It is against this backdrop of creativity and grit that Geylang Watch Co. watches are hand-assembled, regulated, and tested individually before being shipped to you.
Where do you ship from?
All watches are shipped from Singapore via insured DHL Express shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Geylang Watch Co is pleased to cover Express Shipping charges to most locations around the world.
In the event that our courier partner levies a Remote Area Surcharge, we will be in contact with you to explore possible options.
Do I need to pay any taxes?
The one certainty in life is taxes, that we all must bear.
All Geylang Watch Co watches are shipped insured through express couriers and are sent Duties Unpaid (DDU). As such, all local taxes and duties levied by your country's tax authorities are to be borne by you.
If you prefer your parcel to arrive DDP with tax and duties paid, that normally means you will have a much faster clearance and customs process as well as cheaper processing fees. Please get in contact with us at info@geylangwatchco.store and we will guide you through the process.
Do you provide an international warranty?
All Geylang Watch Co watches are covered by a 2-year warranty on the movement / internal moving parts.
Negligence such as water damage due to a crown not being screwed down, dropping a watch resulting in impact damage is not covered under our warranty.
Our watchmakers in Singapore personally provide the service for warranty claims validated by us.
All watches to be serviced under warranty need to be sent to Singapore on your cost.
We will assess, service and have the watch sent back to you with no further charges if it is covered under warranty.
If the defect is deemed to be due to wear such as a cracked crystal, dropping or impact, you will need to pay for the replacement of the part before we proceed with servicing.
What if there are issues with the watch when I receive it?
We check every watch individually before it is shipped out but in the unlikely event it arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please inform us immediately at info@geylangwatchco.store.
If a watch movement is found to be defective under normal use or due to our production issues, we will replace your watch or repair the watch and
